Sewer Scope:
This is a visual inspection of the sewer line lateral from the house to the street and or septic. Oftentimes roots can infiltrate the sewer lines causing reduced flow and debris to backup. Soil erosion and settling can also cause joints to pull apart and leak and or trap debris. An average sewer line replacement cost can be $12-15k! We can do a video inspection of the sewer line and help spot problems that other can't due to lack of equipment or unwillingness to perform this service.
Advanced well inspections and water quality testing:
When it comes to the most expensive systems in a home a well has to be at the top of the list. We've got you covered. We can do the water quality sampling and testing (by a 3rd party lab). We can also do well pump flow test. This test can determine if the well is capable of pumping sufficient amount of water for "normal use". We do not remove the sanitary cap and perform static water level tests.
